Het Grand Hotel Duomo van Pisa, met zijn 92 kamers, 2 appartementen en 4 grote communicerende kamers op slechts 50 meter van de toren, is een ideale plek voor de organisatie van allerlei soorten ceremonies, banketten en conferenties waar maar liefst 300 personen kunnen worden ondergebracht ondergedompeld in de charme van het stadscentrum. De structuur ligt op slechts een paar honderd meter van het treinstation en de privékliniek San Rossore en is een belangrijke referentie voor universiteitsdocenten, dankzij de nabijheid van de belangrijkste universitaire faculteiten en de middelbare scholen Sant'Anna en Normale in Pisa.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
