Cancellation Policy

Seven (7) days notice is required to cancel an event with no charges. The event may be rescheduled up to 90 days of the original date and the deposit will be transferred to the new confirmed date. If the event is not rescheduled and is cancelled within 7 days of the event date, we will charge 50% of the food & beverage minimum spend (less the deposit) plus 8.25% tax and 20% service charge. Cancellations made the day of the event, will require payment of the full food & beverage minimum spend plus 8.25% tax and a 20% service charge, as well as any fees incurred in the production of the event (rentals, floral, outside event items and/or services ordered).
