25% of Estimated Revenue if cancelled 180 days prior to event. 50% of total estimated revenue if cancelled 4-5 months prior to event date. 75% if cancelled 2-3 months prior to event date. 100% of estimated revenue due if cancelled within 3 months of event date. In the event a Guest must cancel a confirmed reservation, no penalty will result if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. If the reservation is not cancelled by this time, one night room and tax deposit is forfeited.
