Construido originalmente en 1776, como la «Mansion House», hemos renovado el hotel con esmero para reflejar su pasado náutico, añadiendo al mismo tiempo el estilo típico de du Vin. Las originales escaleras de piedra y las columnas clásicas le dan la bienvenida, con linternas parpadeantes de barcos que iluminan el camino. El toldo con forma de vela del patio le invita a cenar bajo las estrellas. Los cómodos sofás y las vigas bajas del Snug le dan la bienvenida para tomar un aperitivo, un cóctel o una copa por la noche.
