Herdade dos Grous is VILA VITA Parc's authentic and rustic wine estate in the Alentejo Reagion and offers also a restaurant and variety of activites. Half way between Lisbon and the Resort, it is the perfect stopping place for lunch or a snack. Activities such as horse riding (with our Lusitano horses), hot air baloon rides, olive oil tasting, wine tastings , tapas degustation and pick-nicks can be organized on request. The Alentejo region is known for its tranquility, peace, wine, cheese and cold cuts and famous singing "canto alentejano" which recently became part of UNESCO's patrimony. It is also one of the most iconic parts of the Portuguese culture.

Ria Formosa Natural Park is one of the most amazing places of the Algarve, not only for its variety of landscapes but also because of its unique location. Recently elected as one of the 7 Natural Wonders of Portugal, this is one of three protected areas not to be missed during your holidays in the Algarve. This is a unique coastal lagoon which is constantly changing due to the continuous movement of winds, currents and tides. Here different activities can take place as just boat tours or guided by a local skipper/fisherman, you will learn the old ways of clam raising and clam picking. Stop at an oyster farm to taste the fresh oysters directly from the producer, combined with a glass of white wine.

The International Autodrome of the Algarve is one of the most famous tracks in Portugal. In addition to a race track available 24/7, Autódromo Internacional do Algarve (AIA) provides a full-service test platform covering every aspect of car and bike testing. AIA was designed to push every type of race car and bike to the very limit and challenge drivers, team managers, race engineers and pit crews. A modern rain simulation system has been incorporated into the circuit for testing all aspects of performance and tire usage, setting the track apart from other circuits. Portimão Circuit is one of the few circuits within Europe to have this advanced system, which operates by means of an asphalt watering system controlled automatically by a modern software system that allows varying amounts of water to be injected onto the track. The paddock also has a system that allows you to create a wet zone, which becomes a 1,000-metre straight where you can also specify the quantity of water required. Due to its location, Portimão Circuit does not have any noise restrictions what makes it ideal for 24 hour testing. Go karting and professional sportive driving/drifting experiences are possible to organize. Furthermore, the SuperBike takes place at the Autodrome on a regular basis and, as the autodrome is our cherished partner, tickect can be booked through the resort.

Departing from the beach inside the resort or from the beach in Armação de Pêra (10 minutes away from the resort by car) our cave trips are made on a traditional portuguese fishing boat (max. 9 per boat). For larger groups, it is possible to quote/organize a catamaran trip (departing from Albufeira or Portimão - both are 25 minutes away from the resort) along the coast line and visit the beautiful cave of benagil (picture attached). Activity subject to sea conditions.

Full immersion in the inland Algarve by 4x4 Jeeps or buggies! Experience off road mountain tracks with stunning views of the interior of the Algarve. Tours can include team challenges to learn about local traditions, and stop to some traditional restaurants to try rich dishes from the mountains baked in a wood oven.

AlgarSeco has recently made part of UNESCO. It is a wooden walkway on top of the cliff that unites the beautiful typical village of Carvoeiro and the Boneca beach. It takes about 20 minutes to walk each way. Along the way, there are parts of the walkway that provide access the cliffs (which have naturally a stair formation, as we can see in the picture). When the tide has been high, the holes in the rocks fill with salty water, creating small pools/puddles. The view from the promenade and cliff is absolutely breath taking and, according to season, you may enjoy in Carvoeiro or the Boneca, a nice refreshment.

VILA VITA Parc has a total of 200 sleeping rooms under the following counting: - 165 rooms that can be single or double occupancy (and quoted accordingly). - 5 breath-taking villas inside the resort (two of them with direct sea view) - 30 recently renovated appartments (T1, T2 and T3) adjacent to the Resort. The different categories are spread out in 4 different areas: - Main Building: Deluxe Rooms Garden Views, Junior Suites, Grand Suites, Penthouse Suties. - Oasis Parc: Oasis Suite Premium, Oasis Suite Rooftop, Oasis Family Suites (2 bedroom suite); - Residence: Deluxe Garden and/or Ocean Views rooms, Townhouse Suites and Residence Grand Suite. - Vista Parc: Two Bedrooms Apartments and Studio Apartments. Room rates are quoted according to the season and requested number of rooms.
