El puente Dom Luis I, de dos pisos, es un icono de la ciudad de Oporto. Se extiende sobre el río Duero y une las bodegas de vino de Oporto de Vila Nova de Gaia con el bullicioso distrito de Ribeira de Oporto. La construcción tuvo lugar entre 1881 y 1886, y el puente se construyó junto a un puente existente al que sustituyó.
