About us
The Hotel Hermitage was built in the early 1950s, on the site of a small fishing village, by the Genoese aristocrat Paolo De Ferrari, after be fell in love at a first sight with Biodola's crystal-clear sea, the heart-wrenching beauty of the bay and its uncontaminated natural setting. Like a wide terrace overlooking the bay, the Hotel is set directly on the beach, surrounded by the warm sapphire sea and fine golden sand. Located in the main Hotel building or in pretty villas which blend in perfectly with their surroundings, they offer guests every facility they could wish for. For the wedding reception, apart from the main restaurant with a stunning view of the bay, the hotel also has a restaurant by the sea. The Hotel Hermitage also has the romantic outdoor chapel in the private grounds.
