About us
Mlynska12 is located almost in the heart of the business center of Poznan. It is among other things, its immediate surroundings make it so attractive to its residents. Mlynska12 represents almost 4600 sq metres of unique office space comprising 6 above-ground floors and 1 basement floor where the rich variety of solutions is on a par with European standards achieved by leaders in the real estate sector. The idea behind the project is tailored to the requirements of both small and medium-sized enterprises as well as those tenants who look for opportunities to rearrange open space at will. To help residents and guests of Mlynska12 organise business meetings and receptions for up to several hundred people, we offer as many as 12 conference rooms and magnificent banquet facilities. All areas have been designed to be potentially combined into larges spaces and adapted to different event formats. The food and beverage facilities at Mlynska12 do not stop at The Time Concept by Mielzynski restaurant, but also include Wine by the Glass the Ground Winery, Cigar Room & Whisky Bar and Culinary studio Deck_12. Not every event can be managed as a party. For those guests who seek space for a wider range of meeting options, Mlynska12 has prepared a number of event offers. Concerts, dancing parties, balls, car premieres, product shows and many others – our experts will help you create a tailor-made evening.
