If there is no other written agreement between the contractual parties, the cancellation conditions are as follows: a./ events with up to 50 participants: Cancellation 45 and more days before the established event start date: no fee Cancellation 44 - 30 days before the event start date: 25% from the total amount quoted for accommodation and conference services Cancellation 29 - 15 days before the event start date: 60% from the total amount quoted for accommodation and conference services Cancellation 14 - 7 days before the event start date: 75% from the total amount quoted for accommodation and conference services Cancellation 6 - 4 days before the event start date: 90% from the total amount quoted for accommodation and conference services Cancellation 3 and fewer days before the established event start date: 100% from the total amount quoted for accommodation and conference services b/ events with over 50 participants: Cancellation 90 and more days before the established event start date: no fee Cancellation 89 - 60 days before the event start date: 15% from the total amount quoted for accommodation and conference services Cancellation 59 - 30 days before the event start date: 50% from the total amount quoted for accommodation and conference services Cancellation 29 - 15 days before the event start date: 75% from the total amount quoted for accommodation and conference services Cancellation 14 - 7 days before the event start date: 90% from the total amount quoted for accommodation and conference services Cancellation 6 and fewer days before the established event start date: 100% from the total amount quoted for accommodation and conference services As a basis for the calculation of the cancellation fees the numbers of participants and rooms stated in the quotation will be taken. In case of increase requested by the customer after signing the contract, as a basis the last quantity confirmed by customer in writing will be taken. In case the paid deposit amount does not cover the total of the cancellation fees, an additional invoice for the difference will be issued. Without applying the above stated cancellation conditions the customer is entitled to: • decrease the confirmed quantities by 5% at the latest 14 days before the event start date Cancellation conditions are valid for the entire as well as partial cancellation of the event.
