About us
Nestled in the Wasatch Mountains the only full service hotel with in 50 miles, our 330-room Provo hotel offers 28,000 sq ft of event space, which is complementing to the new 83,578-sq-ft Utah Valley Convention Center that opened in 2012– located just steps away. Nearby ski resorts make this an ideal group retreat for your Provo, Utah events. Two distinct meeting wings with 9,765 sq ft and 13,285 sq ft, respectively, are conveniently located in the same property to accommodate one large or two separate groups simultaneously. Our largest meeting room is the Ballroom with maximum meeting space of 8,142 sq ft and maximum seating capacity of 1,000. A maximum of 20 breakout rooms. A tiered Amphitheatre offers seating for 120. 5,000-sq-ft pre-function space is ideal for networking and pre-banquet receptions and vendor space. All conference space is equipped with access to high-speed wireless Internet access.
