O hotel foi investido e construído pelo grupo Yanlord e administrado pelo InterContinental Hotel Group. É um dos principais hotéis representativos do hotel da marca Crowne Plaza. O hotel está localizado na Baía de Haitang, a “costa nacional”, com vista para o mar de primeira linha. Seu conceito de design vem de um navio prestes a zarpar. A integração das culturas chinesa e ocidental formou seu próprio estilo único de férias no Mar da China Meridional. Room Crowne Plaza Sanya Haitang Bay Yanlord tem 405 quartos e suítes espaçosos e lindos. O design do espaço cuidadosamente esculpido permite que todos os quartos observem o mar e ouçam as ondas.
