The two complementary Marriott brands will serve both short-term and extended stay guests with 282 guest rooms and suites, offering unbeatable convenience to Atlanta’s top attractions, including the iconic Fox Theatre. The 14-story building will host a 4-story parking garage and The Ponce Room Bar & Kitchen.
