All activities must comply with hotel safety and fire regulations. Open flame, fireworks and combustible decorations are prohibited inside the hotel and on the outdoor lawn. Any outside catering requires prior hotel approval. Event time shall not exceed the agreed hours; extended hours will incur extra charges.

The hotel offers 10 meeting and function spaces totaling 1,245 sqm, including an 800 sqm pillarless grand ballroom with high ceilings, divisible breakout rooms and a 500 sqm outdoor lawn.
