The Popley Spotlight Centre formerly Peace of Mind Care is a charity aimed to make a difference in people's lives young and old. We work to make difference. Large or small rooms are available for hire, so if you want to hold a Birthday party, an event, a meeting, start a club or you may even have an idea about an activity that you feel would fill a local need then please just ask about our extremely low hire rates.

Born on September 2006 in the heart of Downtown Miami within Bayside Marketplace, to provide a unique sightseeing tour to local, national and international customers, offering daily public tours and private charters.
Over the past fifteen (15) years, we’ve grown from one (1) Thriller vessel to the current operation of three (3) Thriller Vessels, and one (1) Thriller Miami Hurricane that were built for Miami’s character, charm, and local culture.
Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.
