Casa Carmen is the new venture of a Mexican family led by renowned chef Carmen “Titita” Ramirez Degollado and her grandsons Sebastian and Santiago. The Mexican restaurant is an homage to their passion for traditional Mexican food, heritage ingredients, and dining customs. Upon arrival to our first Long Island location, guests are welcomed into an expansive dining room with soaring wine displays, a white Carrara marble Market Table and an open kitchen with views of the churrasqueria grill so visitors can watch our gaucho chefs practice the centuries-old cooking technique of churrasco.
