STAR Centre is located in Cardiff, Wales. First opened in 1981 STAR Centre was taken over by the Council in 2001 when it underwent minor refurbishment. It has recently undergone further refurbishment. It consist if meeting rooms and a function room which are ideal for holding business and social events.
