CANCELLATION POLICY ROOMS A reduction in the room contingent must be notified in writing and must be reconfirmed in writing by the hotel. Up to 90 days before arrival: 100% of the contractually agreed room contingent can be cancelled free of charge. Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the contractually agreed room contingent can be cancelled free of charge. Up to 30 days before arrival: 10% of the contractually agreed room contingent can be cancelled free of charge. Within 30 days before arrival: In case of cancellation, 100% of the total stay will be charged.Jede Reduktion, Exceeding the above percentages will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the total stay will be charged. Up to 90 days before arrival: Any cancellation for both the room rental and the day participants is free of charge Up to 60 days before arrival: 50 % of the contractually agreed room rental and/or 50 % of the daily number of participants per person will be charged Up to 30 days before arrival: 90 % of the contractually agreed room rent or 90 % of the daily number of participants per person will be charged.   After the above dates, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the room rental and 70% of the expected catering turnover or 100% of the daily rate per person  In the event that a confirmed group changes their dates, the hotel reserves the right to apply the above cancellation policy.
