A Local’s Guide to Chicago Kayaking Founded by two brothers and their life-long friend, Urban Kayaks gives visitors the chance to experience the Windy City from the water. As native Chicagoans and avid adventurers, our goal is to showcase our hometown in a fun and unique way. While kayaking, guests can interact with our knowledgeable and courteous staff members and even say ‘hi’ to the office’s resident pooches. The restaurant is part of the vibrant entertainment district, Parkway Bank Park at Rosemont. Fogo showcases the centuries-old cooking technique of churrasco – the art of roasting high-quality cuts of meat over an open flame turning it into a cultural dining experience of discovery. Bunny Slope welcomes you to a post-slopes boozin’ vibe, minus the mountains. A totally private, anything goes hot tub located below the Berkshire Room. Bunny Slope is your aprés-ski, retro private party lounge, perfect for groups up to 15. A great option for a totally outrageous shindig, hen party, bachelor party, and pretty much anything else. Oh… and the drinks are pretty damned tasty too with craft cocktails and mountain-friendly beer & liquor.
