Included with the venue rental: - Direct access to the 8,000 sq ft outdoor garden - Wireless internet - LCD projector with connector cables - Basic power cords - Integrated sound system with ipod/iphone connector - Adjustable lighting, including spotlights and dimmers - Built-in drapes to divide the space if you choose - Unique collection of mid-century modern furniture - Molded fiberglass chairs - Wooden folding chairs with a pad - Black plastic conference chairs - (8) 36" round tables - (2) 38" round tables - A few miscellaneous 6-8' rectangular tables (perfect for a registration table, DJ booth, etc.) - Personalized directional signage - Easels - Onsite building security team - Greenhouse Loft staff onsite throughout entire event, including setup and teardown Optional add-ons: - all day beverages for $4/person - all day beverages, light snacks, and creative meeting supplies for $7.50/person - additional event space (ie. lobby area or adjacent art gallery) - professional photography services - private parking for evening events - candle package for evening events Whether you’re a seasoned meeting planner or a first-time event coordinator, our team will be there every step of the way to answer questions, assist, and ensure a flawlessly memorable event.
