It features 59 prestigious rooms and suites, along with 4 elegant function rooms. • Les Haras: Former Rothschild stables, transformed into 47 intimate and sophisticated rooms, 4 function rooms, and a Spa by Tata Harper. • La Ferme: Family-friendly refuge with a rustic charm surrounded by woods and meadows, with 38 rooms, 1 restaurant, 1 bar, and 4 function rooms. 🏨 14 function and banquet spaces spanning 1,600 m² (18,000 sqft), all with natural daylight (except for the cinema) and adaptable to your needs, hosting up to 150 participants. Política de cancelamento

1. Full Cancellation A full cancellation includes: Changing the Event date and/or failure to pay deposits on time. Cancelling 40% or more of the number of rooms per night or participants per day. In such cases, cancellation fees apply as outlined below, and the Hotel may issue a revised quote for the remaining confirmed portion. If payment terms are not respected, the Hotel may request immediate payment of the balance, due within 7 working days. Failure to do so will be considered a full cancellation, and the Hotel may retain deposits and claim additional damages. Cancellation fees (based on total amount incl. VAT): D-365: 10% D-180: 40% D-90: 70% D-60: 90% D-30: 100% 2. Partial Cancellation A partial cancellation is any reduction in the contract (e.g., Event duration, number of rooms or participants under 40%). The following terms apply: Cancellation Date % That Can Be Cancelled Without Fees Fees on Excess Reduction D-365 100% of <40% No fees D-365 to D-180 ≤ 50% 50% D-179 to D-60 ≤ 20% 80% D-59 to D-30 ≤ 10% 90% After D-30 0% 100% The Client agrees to pay applicable partial cancellation fees within 7 working days. 3. Revision of Terms The above cancellation conditions may be adjusted based on the Hotel’s operational needs or the exceptional nature of the Event, to be defined jointly between the Hotel and the Client.
