The function rooms - Forth, Calton, Regent, and Waverley can accommodate up to 60 guests and offer flexible layouts, from boardroom settings to cabaret-style arrangements, tailored to suit your needs. Dining at Liberté Brasserie is a celebration of European flair and Scottish provenance. The menu showcases the finest local ingredients, from tender meats to fresh seafood, crafted into dishes that highlight both regional and international flavours.
