O Hotel possui 52 (cinquenta e dois) apartamentos, todos com ar condicionado, TV LCD com sinal a cabo, geladeira, telefone, cofre, estacionamento, café da manhã, internet sem fio gratuita, nos apartamentos, sala de café e recepção do hotel, que serve 24 horas. Um diferencial do hotel é a facilidade de acesso, com a possibilidade de caminhar até as atrações centrais da ilha, como: Catedral Metropolitana, Palácio Cruz e Souza, Teatro Álvaro Carvalho.
