Em caso de cancelamento total do evento a qualquer momento, 100% do valor dos serviços contratados será cobrado e quaisquer depósitos feitos como pré-pagamento não serão reembolsados pelo hotel. Após a confirmação, quaisquer cancelamentos parciais poderão ser feitos pela CONTRATANTE, sujeitos aos seguintes critérios: • Noventa e um (91) dias antes da data de início do evento: O cancelamento de até vinte por cento (20%) de cada tipo de serviço/fornecimento contratado será aceito gratuitamente. • Sessenta e um (61) dias de antecedência até noventa (90) dias da data de início do evento: Até quinze por cento (15%) do cancelamento de cada tipo de serviço/fornecimento contratado serão aceitos gratuitamente. • Trinta e um (31) a sessenta (60) dias antes da data de início do evento: O cancelamento de até 10% (dez por cento) de cada tipo de serviço/fornecimento contratado será aceito gratuitamente. • 15 (quinze) a 30 (trinta) dias antes da data de início do evento: o cancelamento de até 5% (cinco por cento) de cada tipo de serviço/fornecimento contratado será aceito gratuitamente. • Nenhum cancelamento será aceito gratuitamente dentro de quatorze (14) dias a partir da data de início do evento. Nesse caso, o CONTRATANTE é obrigado a pagar integralmente os serviços contratados. De acordo com a política de cancelamento acima, a CONTRATANTE poderá cancelar apenas parcialmente as reservas aqui fornecidas, apenas uma vez. Em caso de não comparecimento, ou seja, ausência de convidados, ou saída antecipada, o CONTRATANTE é responsável pelo pagamento integral das diárias reservadas, sendo este instrumento o documento base para o cálculo do não comparecimento, que será cobrado na tarifa de quarto individual. A compensação poderá ser aplicada para diárias, ou seja, para pernoites, contratadas durante o evento, desde que estejam dentro da mesma categoria de apartamento acordada no momento.
