O Pestana Miramar é um dos hotéis mais carismáticos da Madeira, sendo sua construção baseada em torno do elegante Hotel Miramar, uma mansão da década de 1920. Um cuidado especial foi tomado no projeto arquitetônico para que ele se integrasse à paisagem. Este hotel na Madeira combina elementos modernos e clássicos, criando um ambiente único. Os novos edifícios foram construídos em estilo rústico, usando azulejos de terracota e tendo varandas com as balaustradas tradicionais da região, cercadas por jardins tropicais de cerca de 5000 m2, que ganharam o Prêmio Funchal “Cidade das Flores”. Devido à sua proximidade com outros hotéis Pestana, particularmente o Pestana Village e o Pestana Carlton Madeira, existem serviços compartilhados. O acesso privado ao mar é possível para os hóspedes do Pestana Carlton Hotel, e os hóspedes podem usar o health club do Pestana Village, com ginásio, sauna, banho turco e jacuzzi. Há também 2 piscinas ao ar livre (uma aquecida com painéis solares). Jardins premiados, que venceram o Prêmio Funchal “Cidade das Flores”. A propriedade oferece cinco restaurantes com cozinhas e temas variados e três bares. O Pestana Miramar Aparthotel tem 45 estúdios, 9 suites júnior, equipadas com kitchenette, ar condicionado e casa de banho privativa com banheira, e 4 suites executivas localizadas na Casa “Quinta Miramar” dos anos 20. O Hotel fica a apenas 15 minutos a pé do centro da cidade e a cerca de 20 minutos de carro do Aeroporto Internacional do Funchal.
