The Resort is situated inside an 11 hectares natural park in the heart of the spectacular and renowned Riviera dei Limoni, surrounded by gentle hills and natural terraces rich in olive trees and woods overlooking the lake. Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda, the first jewel of the Lefay Resorts Collection, partner of the prestigious Small Luxury Hotels of the World, has been conceived and realized according to the innovative Lefay concept of overall wellness, which embraces the entire holiday experience. A concept which can be found in the Resort vital Mediterranean cuisine, in the wide indoor and outdoor spaces, in the beautiful surrounding nature and peaceful silence. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
