Located on the outskirts of London, The Guildford Harbour Hotel's prime location in the heart of Guildford town centre offers excellent transport links to London Waterloo and London Heathrow & Gatwick. The largest conference suite 'Prelude' has been designed in such a way as to be flexible enough to hold in excess of 400 delegates at any time. Clients also benefit from 183 beautifully designed bedrooms including an executive top floor which accommodates two stunning suites. Our cancellation charges are as follows: a) Less than 21 days of the function date, 100% of the room rental rates will be charged plus 100% of the anticipated food and beverage revenue or 100% of the quoted daily delegate rate if applicable. b) Less than 6 weeks of the function date, 100% of the room rental rates will be charged plus 50% of the anticipated food and beverage revenue or 50% of the quoted daily delegate rate if applicable. c) Between 3 months and 6 weeks of the function date – 50% of the room rental rates will be charged and 10% of the anticipated food and beverage revenue or 10% of the quoted daily delegate rate if applicable.
