Function Space Cancellation/Postponement Schedule After the date the agreement is signed but more than 30 days prior to event date The Venue will hold the first deposit paid. - Up Until 90 Days 30% of total anticipated food & beverage and function space revenue will be charged. - Up Until 60 Days 50% of total of total anticipated food & beverage and function space revenue will be charged. - Up Until 30 Days 100% of total anticipated food & beverage and function space revenue will be charged. Postponement Policy The above charges are applicable for postponement or other changes in dates after confirmation of the event. Cancellation / Changes must be received in writing. Should the function space be released after confirmation, the deposit paid shall not be refunded.
