Relais Villa d’Assio is the meticulous fruit of ristruction project on an eighteenth century village, where nothing of the original construction has been cancelled, rivalutising antique materials from time gone by. The 4 star hotel is a new jewel in tourism for the Lazio Country. Situated in the tranquillità of the splendid countryside of Rosea, around the remains of the superb Villa of Quinto Assio Roman senator I Century b.C. In each area the cure to details is evident to assure maximum comfort to the guest in all simplicity. The Restaurant offers great panoramic views and delicious food focused on traditional cuisine, exclusively using top quality local ingredients that come from the farm’s owner of the Relais (Tenuta Rosea), following the ethical principles of “0 km cuisine”.
