Fossheim Hotell is located in Lom, Norway. Fossheim may be located in secluded part of the world, as it is snuggled at the foot of towering peaks and sheer mountain cliffs in Lom. But Lom isn’t the kind of town you just drive past. Fossheim Hotell's main building is connected to the restaurant and reception and has 26 double rooms and 3 single rooms. The rooms are situated in quiet surroundings viewing either the valley or the courtyard. Several of the rooms have their own terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air and nature. The rooms where renovated in May 2008. The library is nice for small meetings or dinner parties for up to eight people. From the first floor of Fossheim Hotell you have a nice view of Lom and the surrounding mountains. “Peisestugu” is also on the first floor and has an old and nostalgic atmosphere. It’s often used for gatherings before or after dinner to sum up the day with an aperitif or coffee. The seminar-center is situated in the basement of “Amerika” and has all facilities for a professional meeting or seminar. 48 persons with desks, 60 persons without.desk. In the basement you’ll find Dr.Garmos Institute which has a more modern style with old family portraits on the walls. It’s a bar with a stage for live performances and a small chamber separated with seating for 12 persons. The bar has room for until 60 persons on seminars.
