The New Holland Pavilions, totaling 290,000 square feet, make Alliant Energy Center an industry leader in agricultural shows. This 22,000 square foot space is ideal for equine events and those taking advantage of the terrific show ring and grandstand seating.

After cooking for several years around Chicago and Madison, she saw how much was going to waste of this fantastic Midwestern produce. She envisioned owning a cafe that focused on delicious local produce. Hence, the Ugly Apple was born. Like the story of the Ugly Duckling, the Ugly Apple might not be bought at market but can still make a beautiful fritter.
