O Hotel Via dos Corais (Coral Via) é composto por 50 apartamentos aconchegantes e bem decorados, que transbordam de conforto e compatibilidade. São 46 apartamentos standard, 4 suítes e 2 apartamentos. A Villa de Lazer/Eventos é um espaço de lazer com sala de TV, leitura e jogos de mesa. Um espaço para relaxar que também pode funcionar como uma sala confortável e climatizada para eventos, com cortinas e iluminação adequadas para apresentações de datashow. O hotel também possui instalações para a realização de eventos dentro do salão de convenções.
