In a typically Mediterranean setting and a traditional Monegasque atmosphere, the Market Hall in La Condamine can be hired for private evening events. The Hall was fully refurbished in 2012 and is now home to new traders, with a vibrant new offering focused on conviviality and quality. La Condamine Market Hall can accommodate up to 600 people in standing configuration* (indoors). The Place d’Armes outside can also be hired privately for events for up to 1,500 people*. The Espace Léo Ferré is located at the Terrasses de Fontvieille, overlooking the port, at the foot of the Rock of Monaco. Equipped with a modular stage, the multipurpose hall is available to hire and has all of the facilities needed to stage spectacular shows, or host dinners, exhibitions, trade fairs, or meetings. THE ESPACE LÉO FERRÉ - FACTS AND FIGURES • The 1,800 m2 ground floor level includes the foyer, concert hall, bar area, and cloakroom • The 1,100 m² hall can accommodate up to 1,900 people standing, with various configurations possible (cocktail event, formal dinner, exhibition, etc.) • The upper level has 2 balconies with total capacity for up to 182 people seated, and a second bar area BREAKING NEWS : In 2025, the Espace Léo Ferré will move from its current location above the Fontvieille shopping mall to a new site at the Ilot Pasteur complex.

A large capacity event space within the Principality Since 1986 the Espace Fontvieille Chapiteau has been a “fixed” structure, a testament to the longevity of the landmark event for which it was designed at the behest of Prince Rainier III of Monaco, namely the Festival International du Cirque de Monte-Carlo, the world’s foremost celebration of the circus arts. Located in the western district of Monaco on land reclaimed from the sea, the Espace Fontvieille and its 8,665 m² of space is the ideal venue for hosting all kinds of events, from gala dinners and private evenings to shows and exhibitions, new car unveilings and product launches, sports events, and much more. LE CHAPITEAU - FACTS & FIGURES • 8,666 m² of floor space in total • 2,000 m² of usable space under the ‘big top’ tent • Outdoor esplanade of 3,000 m², with expansion opportunities • Concert hall with capacity for up to 3,800 spectators • Reception space with capacity for up to 1,500 guests in “dining” configuration, and 1,700 in “standing” configuration.
