Smoking Regulations To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, our hotel operates as a smoke-free property. We kindly ask that you restrict smoking to the specifically designated areas. Safety & Security Your safety is our top priority. Before entering, please cooperate with our security team by placing your bags on the scanner and removing metallic items from your pockets before passing through the metal detector. Weapons Restriction Strictly no weapons are allowed within the hotel. Guests holding licensed firearms are required to declare them to security personnel upon arrival. Outside Food & Drinks We kindly request that outside food and beverages be enjoyed exclusively in the comfort of your private room. Consumption of outside items in common areas or conference halls is not permitted. Photography & Videography Please note that commercial videography and photography require prior authorization from hotel management.

Cancellation Policy Reservations that are cancelled or reduced in length of stay or numbers are subject to cancelation charges and No-Show fees as follows: • Accommodation or event/meeting cancelled or reduced in number between 14-35 days from noon of the date of accommodation -15% of the rate applicable • Accommodation or event/meeting cancelled or reduced in number between 14-2 days from noon of the date of accommodation -50% of the rate applicable • Accommodation or event/meeting cancelled or reduced in number within 48Hrs from noon of the date of accommodation or in case of No-Show -100% of the rate applicable
