In Blue Aster’s named after the iconic native Tennessee wildflower, Blue Aster invites guests on a culinary journey through the regional flavors of Tennessee. Sourced from nearby farms and purveyors, the menu offers seafood-centric dishes with a Nashville twist. Locally-sourced fresh produce and meats, with a focus on perfectly prepared fresh seafood.
