The Hotel Kontiki Playa is located on the first line of Playa de Palma, at 8 km from the capital Palma and 4 km from the airport. There’s a nice esplanade between the Hotel and the beach. The communications are excellent, it´s sour rounded by an ample varied of leisure services as shops, bars, restaurants, discotheques. There’re two buildings in the complex, one with 228 rooms all with terrace and complete bath. The other one with 45 apartments, all of them are formed by 1room, dining-room, TV, bath, small kitchen and terrace overlooking the sea.
