Yes, At hotel level we are procuring paper straws & bamboo stirrer sticks instead of plastic. For our all day dining restaurant latitude we are serving water now in glass bottles instead of plastic.

Yes, Duvets, cushions and pillows provided fresh on arrival, sprayed with a disinfectant and tumble dried. All identified high touch surfaces - wall and floor covering, mattress, furnishing, fitting, floor disinfected daily using alcohol-based sanitizers
