Cornwall in the Summer has never been so affordable Penryn Summer Apartments is situated on Penryn Campus which is home to Falmouth University and University of Exeter students for much of the year. During the summer holiday periods the accommodation is made available to tourists, conference delegates, summer school attendees and many others who are in Cornwall to experience all that our lovely region has to offer. Just a 10-minute drive from Falmouth and the beaches of the Cornish South Coast, we offer clean and functional en suite student accommodation at highly competitive prices. With easy access to Truro (10 miles), Newquay (20 miles), St Ives (25 miles), Lands End (34 miles) and Minack Theatre (33 miles) you can experience great beaches, world renowned art galleries, the National Maritime Museum and much more. With a regular bus service within easy reach of the accommodation and Penryn train station a short walk away, Penryn Summer Apartments is perfectly placed to explore the local area. The £200M, 100-acre Tremough Campus in Penryn, Cornwall is shared and jointly managed by University College Falmouth and the University of Exeter in an arrangement that is unique in the UK.

Apartments -Penryn Summer Apartments consist of 7 double bedrooms with en-suite showers and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The apartment sleeps up to 10 people. Beds will all be made for your arrival and bath and hand towels are provided. There is a small flat screen TV in the kitchen area. Standard Rooms - Standard rooms are situated in an apartment with other guests. You will have your own en-suite double bedroom and access to a shared kitchen area where you will be able to make hot and cold drinks. Your bed will be made up for you on arrival and bath and hand towels provided. There is a small flat screen TV in the kitchen area. Standard Plus - Standard Plus rooms are situated in an apartment with other guests. You will have your own double bedroom with en-suite shower, a 19” flat screen TV, coordinated bedding, bed throw, cushion and towels. You will also have a kettle and a hospitality tray made up with tea, coffee and milk sachets, biscuits, cups, saucers and spoons. This will be replenished for you daily. As with the standard rooms, you will have access to a kitchen area. What’s more, all our accommodation has had a four star campus grading since 2012. * Please note all our beds are double (4ft).
