Moiwa and long drives; in the winter, skiing and the renowned snow festival. Sapporo Excel Hotel Tokyu is located at 5-420, Nishi, Minami 8 Jo in Sapporo. We have 382 guest rooms available to accommodate you in our location. We also have various banquet rooms and conference rooms available to host your events.
