With our spectacular cliff top location and stunning 180″ sea view over St Austell Bay, the Porth Avallen Hotel is the ideal place to stay and explore Cornwall’s many attractions. Our Conference Facilities are second to none, offering fantastic surroundings, superb audio/visual equipment and Wireless broadband access. The Porth Avallen Hotel is licensed for Civil Marriage Ceremonies and we can arrange for the vows to be taken within the intimacy and comfort of one of our private lounges. Our dedicated team is at hand to assist you from the early planning stages right through until the celebrations are a happy memory.We can cater from a small family gathering in our Reflections Restaurant to a grand banquet for 140 or more guests in our Charlestown Banqueting Suite, which has its own dedicated bar, air conditioning and sound system. Our Hotel offers a selection of 28 ensuite bedrooms with a variety of Standard, Deluxe and Superior accommodation, as well as a number of single and family rooms. The Porth Avallen Hotel is a popular choice for families with a variety of accommodation and facilities to meet most families needs.
