Inspired by the vineyards that surround the city of Stuttgart, Ruby Hanna is a love letter to the region's centuries-old wine-making story. Where once stood a wine merchant’s warehouse, we’ve drawn inspiration from the age of alchemists – the pioneers who first turned humble grapes into purest wine. From copper stills and antique casks, to lab apparatus, weights and measures, the bar at Hanna charts the trade’s transition from sorcery to modern science. Crushed velvets in rich, jewel tones meet smoked glass, dark wood and aged leather to create a moody, vintage vibe. Meanwhile, the modern menu has you covered from the healthy breakfast and barista coffee, to signature cocktails and late-night snacks. Upstairs, Hanna’s rooms are all styled with Lean Luxury touches, including a big, comfy bed, aromatherapy Ruby Care products, and soft, fluffy towels. There’s also a Marshall amp to give your beats a boost. Stadtmitte and Österreichischer Platz stations are a short walk away, and many of the main sights are within easy strolling distance.
