Intra Hotel was built in 1879 ad it is runned by Garlandini Family since 3 generations. The hotel is opened all the year, it is placed by the promenade of Lake Maggiore and, thanks to its familiar and stylish ambiance and to its maximum comfort it is collocated between the superior three- stars category. The elegance and functionality of our 40 rooms are designed only to give comfort and well being in the care of the details, just to return the intimacy, like a home away from home. The rooms are comfortable and cared for to accommodate the customer in an atmosphere of light and peace.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
