The hotel Thurgauerhof in Weinfelden, located centrally in the heart of the Canton Thurgau, is a recommended location for conferences and congresses since 30 years. Of course, we also welcome individual and holiday guests. The Hotel Thurgauerhof has 75 bright and well-kept rooms. The 34 rooms of the category South were recently renovated and newly furnished. The category North includes 41 rooms. 54 of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. The largest congress center in Eastern Switzerland has a lot to offer with its 16 conference rooms for up to 800 persons. Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
