Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown is an exciting and innovative select service hotel offering more of what is important to today's travelers. Our guests enjoy a spacious guestroom with our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner oversized sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area. The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. This downtown hotel boasts five levels of guestroom floors, secure garaged parking, mezzanine level and a spacious and expansive lobby. The hotel has 165 guestrooms including 4 Executive King rooms with conference space and separate living areas. All guest rooms offer views of downtown West Palm Beach, easy access to shopping and dining at Rosemary Square, the Downtown Business District, or the walking paths along the West Palm Intracoastal Waterway. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, the hotel is only a short walk to the Clematis District's dining and nightclubs, the Palm Beach County Convention Center, and all of the major financial and retail outlets.
