Commissioned by Lord Rothschild to house the Manor, Estate and Family Archives, and for the Rothschild Foundation to co-ordinate its philanthropic work. Windmill Hill provides an imaginative state-of-the-art space to hold conferences, discussions and debate. Here meticulous design and a contemporary collection emphasise at every opportunity the stunning views of the landscape. Artworks include pieces by Richard Long, Anish Kapoor, Edmund de Waal, Sarah Lucus and Angus Fairhurst.

Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.
