Our Nashville restaurant is located on Signal Crossing, a premier destination for shopping. The restaurant features an open churrasco grill where guests can dine and watch gaucho chefs demonstrate the culinary art of churrasco as they butcher, prepare, and grill different cuts of meat over an open flame. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The restaurant also features soaring wine displays, dry-aged meat lockers for in-house aging, and a lively indoor bar, ideal for all-day happy hour.

We are located just off I-40 and I-75, and adjacent to the Terrace Office Complex, offering comfortable accommodations at an affordable rate. Explore the area, then return to our hotel and unwind in the scenic courtyard. Catch a football game at Neyland Stadium, or visit Thompson-Boling Arena to watch the basketball teams in action. For shopping, check out Shops West Town Mall and the stores at Turkey Creek, or sample the local spots in downtown Knoxville.
