The Lakewalk is 4.2 miles and goes from Canal Park to 26th Avenue East. Take a leisurely stroll, hand-in-hand, stopping for ice cream or a Lakeview lunch. Strap on your skates and break a sweat. Or, rent bikes for the whole family and glide up and down the gentle hills. Eventually, the Lakewalk will extend all the way to Brighton Beach.

North Shore Scenic Railroad
The train is boarded at the historic Union Depot in downtown Duluth. You ride through the city, Canal Park, along the rugged shoreline of Lake Superior and deep into the majestic Northwoods.
