Hotel Etoile de Neige is located at Localita Pila, 5 in Gressan Italy. It has 51 rooms and one suite. All rooms are tastefully decorated with en suite bathrooms with shower. The Hotel has a large, comfortable reception area with adjoining “American Bar” and full size pool table. Most rooms have their own balcony overlooking the valley, or towards the ski slopes and resort. Some rooms have been furnished to accommodate a family of 3/4 persons. There is conference room next to quiet area for playing cards.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
