While planning, we are able to communicate between you and the facilities you wish to use to determine which one has the appropriate space for your group. We will supply you with a meeting planner guide, visitor guide and map of the area.
During the decision-making process, we are able to provide you with detailed information about the amenities available at each facility and coordinate off site venues and spouse activities. We are also able to prepare and present a bid to your membership or site selection committee.
Once you have selected Hickory, we are able to assist you with press releases about your event and will provide visitor information about our many restaurants and attractions for all of your attendees.
