Cancellations 60-89 Days Prior: Cancellations made between 60 to 89 days before the check-in date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the total booking amount. 3. Cancellations Less Than 60 Days: Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and no refunds will be issued. 4. Non-Refundable Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is not subject to refund under any circumstances. 5.
