Our doors opened in May 1997 and we’ve been lucky enough to have been busy ever since! Our aim is that you, as a guest will appreciate good food in pleasant, but simple surroundings, as well as feeling at home and having a great time! With Gota Canal, the pier, the boats and the bridge watch man’s cabin just outside, it’s easy for Ida’s Brygga to live up to expectations. Inside there are characteristics of a traditional Swedish fishmongers with wide boards and lots of wooden details. The menu is modern and varied, despite the kitchen’s passion for cooking fish dishes. Our philosophy is to use really good produce in our cooking and where possible from the local area. The reasons we place such importance on our produce are taste, the environment and good quality.
